Know which ad paid for the job.

Every place you find leads gets its own door: a link, a phone number and a way for Zillow and other services to send leads in. Every lead carries its source from the first message to the signed job, and one table shows what each source brought and what it cost.

A sample, not a customer. You add what a job was worth and what you spent; MesaBox does the arithmetic.

Live in about ten minutes.

  1. 1

    Add a source

Name each place leads come from: your website, Google Ads, Zillow, a yard sign. It takes a minute each.

  2. 2

    Use its door

Each source gets its own link, and on MesaBox 24/7 and Scale its own phone number. Zillow and other services can send leads in too.

  3. 3

    See what it brought

Mark a job won and enter its value. Analytics shows leads, booked calls, jobs won, what you spent and what came back, for every source.

  • A link for every source

Your Google ad, your bio, your yard sign and your mailer each tag the lead with where it came from.

  • A phone number for every source

On MesaBox 24/7 and Scale, calls to a source’s number are counted under it, and your team’s phones can ring first.

  • Thin leads become full briefs

A Zillow message with just a name and phone saves as a contact-only lead, and MesaBox can invite them to tell you about the project.

  • Jobs and what they were worth

Mark a lead Won and add its value. That is the only number we ask you to add.

  • One table

Leads, strong fits, booked calls, jobs won, spend and return, by source, by month.

Straight answers.

Is it hard to set up?
No. Pick your trade, check the questions, and paste one line on your website, or share your own MesaBox page and skip the website. Most people are live in about ten minutes, with no developer. Stuck? Talk to sales and we’ll help you get set up. Talk to sales
Do I need to be technical?
No. A source is a name, a link and, if you want, a phone number. Copy the link where you advertise, and the rest happens on its own.
What if I don’t know what a lead cost me?
Enter what a marketplace charges per lead, or what you spent each month. Leave it blank if you don’t know. You still see which source brought the leads and the jobs.

About 15 of your 100 inquiries are your ideal project. They arrive first, with the brief and a booked call.

At $12,000 a job, that’s $180,000 of work in front of you. It isn’t counted in the estimate.

With Sources, you see this for each place leads come from, and stop paying for the ones that don’t work.

An estimate from the numbers above, not a promise. Our example assumptions: 15 minutes on a call that doesn’t fit, 6 minutes of back-and-forth to find a time for each lead who books, 5 minutes to enter each lead by hand, and 50% of leads booking a call. Change them to match your shop.

Questions

What is a source?
A place your leads come from: your website, Google Ads, Zillow, a yard sign or a partner. Each one gets its own link and, on the phone plans, its own phone number.
Can MesaBox track Zillow, Houzz or Angi leads?
Yes, if the service can email you new leads or send them to a webhook, or you use Zapier or Make. We don’t read your account on those sites.
Does it work for phone calls?
Yes, on MesaBox 24/7 and Scale. A tracked phone number goes with a source, and the calls to it are counted under that source.
Is the return an estimate?
No guesses. It uses the job values and spend you enter.
