- Is it hard to set up?
- No. Pick your trade, check the questions, and paste one line on your website, or share your own MesaBox page and skip the website. Most people are live in about ten minutes, with no developer. Stuck? Book a 15-minute setup call and we’ll do it with you. Book a setup call
- Why does it cost more than a form?
- A form is free because it only hands you a name and a number. MesaBox asks your follow-up questions, judges the fit, writes the brief, books the call and follows up, for $249 a month or $199 a month billed yearly. Your first 30 days are free, and everything is included. If it helps you win one job you would have lost, it has paid for the year ($2,388).
- Why only three templates?
- Because most contractors don’t need a design project. Three well-made templates, your colors and your content are enough to look professional, and there’s nothing to break.
- Is this a replacement for Wix, Squarespace or WordPress?
- For a business whose website has one job, getting the project, yes. If you need a store, a blog or custom pages, keep a general site builder.

- Is MesaBox Sites included in my plan?
- Yes. It’s included with MesaBox Core, and your 30-day free trial, at no extra cost.
- Can I use my own domain?
- Yes. Add your domain in the Sites page, then add one record where you bought it. We show you the steps, and we issue the certificate for you.
- Can I add my reviews?
- Yes. Add online reviews word for word with a link to where each was posted, and add quotes customers have told you in person, with their OK. We never write reviews for you.
- Will it show up on Google?
- Your site has the basics search engines look for, like a clear title, your business details, fast pages and your FAQs marked up. Rankings depend on many things, so we don’t promise a position.
- Can I see an example?
- Yes. Every trade page has a sample MesaBox Site, made up to show what you would get.
- How do I build my site?
- You don’t design anything. You add what you have: a line about what you do, your story, services, photos, reviews, your phone and links. Your site is built from that. A section appears only when you have something to put in it, so nothing is ever empty or filler. Pick one of three templates and your colors, and change anything any time.
- Can I remove the “Powered by MesaBox.ai” badge?
- Yes. It’s a small badge in the corner of your site, and you can turn it off any time in the Sites page. Your site works the same either way.
