Walk into every first meeting knowing the site, the program and the budget.
Prospective clients describe their project on your studio’s website. MesaBox organizes the details, books the first meeting and sends you a brief.

Your time belongs on design, not qualifying inquiries.
Discovery calls that go nowhere
An hour to learn the lot is not bought or the budget cannot support the program.
Forms that say ‘call me’
A name and email, but no site, program or sense of fit.
Inquiries that go cold
Another studio books the meeting first.

A contact form vs. MesaBox
| A typical contact form | MesaBox for Architects |
|---|---|
| Name, email, vague message | Site, program, size and budget |
| Constraints found on the call | Review needs flagged first |
| No idea if plans exist | Survey and drawing status |
| Phone tag | A meeting already booked |
| A chatbot guessing at your fees | Fees stay yours to discuss |
One intake, everywhere they find you.
Homeowners find you on your website, on Google, on Instagram, on a yard sign down the street. Wherever they start, they describe the project the same way and you get the same clear brief.
Your website
A chat box in the corner, a button, or built right into your Contact page. One line of code, on any website.
Google Maps
People planning a home search “architect near me” long before they call. A Book button on your listing opens your intake.
Social
Your link in your Instagram bio, on your Facebook Page’s button and in your WhatsApp Business greeting.
QR codes
Site signs on every project, and your business cards. Download a sign that’s ready to print.
Every lead shows where it came from, so you know what’s working.
Start free for 30 daysBooking is built in, too.
The right leads pick a time on your hours, with nothing double-booked. You don’t need a separate scheduling tool for your first call.
Your hours, your calendar
Connect Google Calendar and the times you’re already busy disappear from your booking page. Every booked call lands on the calendar you choose.
A link anyone can use
Share your booking link in texts, emails and ads, and people pick a time with no chat box first. Qualified leads get the same times right after the chat.
Video calls, handled
A new Google Meet link for every call, or your own Zoom or Teams link. Phone and on-site visits work too.
Reminders sent for you
Confirmations and reminders go out by email, and leads can reschedule or cancel on their own.
Switching from Calendly? Keep your link working while you move over.

What it could give you back.
About 15 of your 100 inquiries are your ideal project. They arrive first, with the brief and a booked call.
At $12,000 a job, that’s $180,000 of work in front of you. It isn’t counted in the estimate.

MesaBox for a year
$2,388
20% of one job at $12,000. Billed monthly it’s $249 a month.
If it helps you win one job you would have lost, it has paid for the year.
An estimate from the numbers above, not a promise. Our example assumptions: 15 minutes on a call that doesn’t fit, 6 minutes of back-and-forth to find a time for each lead who books, 5 minutes to enter each lead by hand, and 50% of leads booking a call. Change them to match your shop.
Your own website, included.
Pick a look, add your photos and a few lines, and your MesaBox Site is live, with project intake and booking built in. Use our address, or your own domain.

Questions from architects
Is MesaBox built for architects?
Yes. It covers site, review constraints, plans, program, size, budget and timing. Every question can be renamed, removed or replaced.
How do I know which leads to call first?
Tell MesaBox what a premium job is for you, in plain words, like “Construction budget $1M or more” or “Full design through construction”. Leads that match are marked Premium, and Strong fit + Premium leads go to the top of your list, your new-lead email and your CRM.
Will it match my website?
Yes. MesaBox uses your logo, colors and wording, and can open from your own button or a floating button, or sit right on a page with the whole chat box built in.
Can prospects book a call?
Yes. Qualified visitors can choose a time during the hours you set, with the times you’re already busy on Google Calendar left out, or use your Calendly link.
Does it work with my website platform?
Yes. One line works with Squarespace, Webflow, WordPress, Wix, Showit and custom sites.
Does it work with my CRM?
Yes. Every lead can become a row in your Notion table, or go to Pipedrive, or almost any other tool through Zapier or Make. Each lead arrives with the brief, the fit and any booked call, so nobody types it in twice.
Can people book from Google Maps?
Yes. Add your MesaBox link to your Google Business Profile, and a Book button on Maps and Search opens your chat box.
Can I put it on yard signs and trucks?
Yes. Make a QR code for each place you use it and download a ready-to-print sign. Every lead shows which code it came from.
