- Why does it cost more than a form?
- A form is free because it only hands you a name and a number. MesaBox asks your follow-up questions, judges the fit, writes the brief, books the call and follows up, for $249 a month or $199 a month billed yearly. Your first 30 days are free, and everything is included. If it helps you win one job you would have lost, it has paid for the year ($2,388).
- I need it to work with my calendar.
- Google Calendar connects in a minute: your busy times disappear from the booking page and booked calls land on the calendar you choose. MesaBox only reads free or busy, never what’s on it. If you use Calendly, you can keep that link working while you move over.
- Do I have to take every call?
- No. You choose who can book: only strong fits, strong and possible fits, or everyone. Everyone else is told you’ll be in touch.

- Does it work with Google Calendar?
- Yes. Connect Google Calendar and MesaBox hides the times you’re already busy and adds every booked call to the calendar you choose. It only reads whether you’re free or busy, never what’s on your calendar.
- Can I use Zoom?
- Yes, with your own link. MesaBox can’t create Zoom links for you, so paste a meeting link that works every time, like your personal meeting room. For a new link on every call, use Google Meet.
- I already use Calendly. Do I have to switch?
- No. You can send leads to your Calendly link and keep it working while you move over. Your MesaBox booking link does the same job, with your hours and Google Calendar in one place.
