MesaBox is project intake for small businesses in the trades. Homeowners describe their project in their own words, or answer step by step. MesaBox turns it into a clear project brief, checks it against the work the business takes on, and lets the homeowner book a call.

Home builders, architects, interior designers, remodelers, landscape designers, pool builders, roofers, solar installers, land and site contractors, exterior contractors, outdoor structure builders, septic, well and foundation contractors, painters, flooring contractors, plumbers, electricians, HVAC contractors and handymen in the United States and Canada, and the agencies and service businesses that work with them.

A chat box or button on the business’s website, a Book button on its Google Maps listing, links for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, QR codes for yard signs and trucks, and the business’s own MesaBox page. Every lead shows where it came from.

A written brief for every lead, with budget, timeline, location and contact details. A fit label (Strong fit, Possible, Not a fit) based on their ideal project, and Premium flags for high-value jobs. Calls booked on their hours, with their busy times on Google Calendar left out, calls added to their calendar, and confirmations and reminders by email. A booking link anyone can use to book a call. Leads sent to JobNimbus, Notion, Pipedrive and HighLevel, plus Zapier and Make.

Homeowners can write in any language. The business gets the brief in its own language, with the original words kept.
