Most of our homes take 10 to 14 months from permit to move-in. We give you a schedule up front.
Do you build on our land?
Yes. If you have not bought yet, talk to us first and we will help you check the lot.
How do you price a build?
We start with a range, then a fixed price once the plans are final.
