What’s New at MesaBox: Sites, Booking, Integrations and More

Plenty of trades have no website, or one they dread touching. MesaBox Sites is a website built from what you already have: your photos, a few lines about your work, your reviews, your phone number. Pick one of three templates and your colors, and it is live at yourname.mesabox.site the moment you publish.

Every button opens your project intake, so each visit can become a brief with its fit. You can add online reviews word for word with a link to where they were posted, and quotes that customers told you in person. Add your own domain with one record at your domain company, and we handle the secure certificate. Your questions and business details are marked up so search engines and answer engines can read them.

It is included with MesaBox Core. Every trade page on mesabox.ai now has a sample site you can open, and the Sites page in the app walks you through getting yours ready in about ten minutes.

Every account has its own booking link, like mesabox.ai/your-business/book, where anyone can pick a time and book a call with you. Connect Google Calendar and the times you are already busy disappear. Every booked call lands on the calendar you choose, with a new Google Meet link when it is a video call. Zoom and Teams work too, with a link you add yourself.

Confirmations and reminders go out for you, and people can reschedule or cancel on their own. For your first call, you no longer need a separate scheduling tool. Your Calendly link still works as a simple link if you want to keep it.

MesaBox now sends each lead, with its brief, its fit and any booked call, to JobNimbus, Pipedrive, Notion and HighLevel, and to Google Calendar. Zapier, Make and webhooks cover almost everything else. Connect yours in Settings, then Integrations.

More are on the way. We only list a tool once it works, so you will not see an integration here that is not ready.

QR codes for yard signs, trucks and door hangers now come with a sign that is ready to print. You also get links for Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp, and a Book button for Google Maps. Every lead shows where it came from, so you can see what is worth your time.

Leads now have a board view. Drag a lead from one stage to the next, flag the ones that matter, and see your whole pipeline at a glance. It sits next to the list you already know.
